Responsibilities:

· Meeting with the firm's clients;

· Drafting of legal proceedings;

· Court appointments and representations before the various courts;

· Negotiations of out-of-court settlements, if applicable;

· Research and drafting of various legal opinions;

· Management of a large number of files.

• Maîtrise avancée du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
