Alepin Gauthier Avocats et Notaires is a multidisciplinary firm located in Laval and Montreal with more than 45 lawyers and notaries. We are looking for a Legal Technician.

The technician will be required to assist the lawyers in the performance of their duties both by drafting documents and procedures and managing files, the court and prescription agenda, appointments, etc. . Also, perform related tasks such as time entry, file closing, filing, etc.

Qualifications and skills:

· Fluency in spoken and written French and English;

· Knowledge of Outlook;

· Knowledge of Word; Knowledge of JurisEvolution (asset);

· Able to work under pressure;

·  Autonomy, resourcefulness, meticulousness and team spirit;

· Great sense of organization, meticulousness and team spirit.
