Ideally, you will be a generalist in civil and commercial litigation and very comfortable with construction and real estate matters. You will be autonomous to carry out a dispute until the end, by making all the appropriate representations to the Court.

Responsibilities:

· Meeting with the firm's clients;

· Drafting of legal proceedings;

· Court appointments and representations before the various courts;

· Negotiations of out-of-court settlements, if applicable;

· Research and drafting of various legal opinions;

· Management of a large number of files.
