Me Lucie Boiteau, with more than 30 years of experience, focuses her practice on business law, estate law, intellectual property, and business transfers, mergers and acquisitions. She advises entrepreneurs, executives, and companies of all sizes on corporate structures, reorganizations, and the drafting and analysis of commercial contracts. Her thorough and personalized approach makes her a trusted partner in the legal management of business activities.
Professional Affiliations
Member of the Barreau du Québec since 1989 and of the Barreau de Laval. She is the author of several articles, including co-author of “Alternatives au franchisage et stratégies d’affaires” in Développements récents en droit de la franchise et des groupements (2008) and the article “Le point sur les ristournes perçues par le franchiseur” in Développements récents en droit de la franchise (2013). She has been a speaker at various legal events, a former member of several committees of the Barreau de Laval, and a speaker for the Association de Planification Fiscale et Financière, presenting Liste de contrôle de ventes d’actifs on March 18, 2016.
