He served as a Judge of the Quebec Superior Court from 1995 to 2019 and as an Ad Hoc Judge at the Court of Appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He focuses his practice primarily on expropriation and property assessment matters. He has worked extensively in these areas across Quebec, representing numerous municipalities as well as private corporations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During his career as a lawyer, he was an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Quebec Bar, serving on several committees. He also worked as a consultant for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, primarily on the reform of municipal tax laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He served as a consultant to the Auditor General of Quebec and represented the Quebec Bar in parliamentary committees during municipal tax reforms.
