Main Responsibilities
- Advise and support clients on various family law matters and legal processes.
- Ensure full management of assigned files.
- Draft and review various legal documents, pleadings, and agreements.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic opinions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the firm to deliver high-quality, multidisciplinary service.
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
- Stay up to date on legislative and jurisprudential developments in the field of practice.
Candidate Profile
- Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec.
- Experience in family law.
- Excellent skills in legal drafting and court representation.
- Rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team within a multidisciplinary environment.
