Professional Activities
Me Malo is counsel and practices in civil and commercial litigation, family law, youth and human rights law, criminal and penal law, as well as administrative law.
His training as a lawyer has allowed him to develop versatility as a litigator before various common law courts in Quebec, such as the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and various provincial and federal administrative tribunals.
He has also served as an administrative judge for the Veterans Review and Appeal Board as well as the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.
