A law graduate, Olivier Duquéroy began his career with a thesis on franchise law in 1987, followed by the creation of his first business and the opening of seven real estate agencies. He then applied his expertise by founding the franchise Trans Europ’Immobilier, which he developed before selling the company and its network.
He later joined a group comprising real estate companies, construction firms, and a consulting firm specializing in business recovery and development. He remained there for 18 years before joining a major real estate retail chain, which he helped expand nationally.
Recognized for his skills in franchise development, he was approached by a chain of hotels and restaurants to serve as Director of Franchise and Development. Over six years, he expanded the brand, recruited, managed, and supported franchisees, transforming the network from regional to national status.
His career continued in a construction group, where he created a franchise concept focused on building passive energy houses and established the first franchisees. He was later recruited by a biostimulants company, where he developed a national commercial network while creating a franchise concept.
Additionally, Olivier Duquéroy gained significant expertise in the needs of local governments through his long tenure as an elected official. He served as a member of a municipal council, Vice President of a Community of Municipalities, and Vice President of a Community of Regions. He participated in various public organizations and developed a deep understanding of public sector needs, particularly in human resources. He has recruited executives, department heads, and directors, providing local governments and officials with his extensive experience and expertise.
Today, through Rupella Consulting, Olivier Duquéroy has focused on developing several areas of expertise. These include:

- HR audits (GPEC), recruitment
- Creation and development of franchised and corporate networks
