Me Fanny Pauzé-Foixet focuses her practice on tax litigation, tax dispute resolution, and tax planning. She advises and represents individuals and businesses in matters involving GST/QST, tax audits, assessments, objections, and disputes with tax authorities.

Leveraging specialized and highly sought-after expertise, she has extensive practical experience with complex and niche tax legislation, including:

• The Excise Act, 2001: regulating duties on tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, spirits, wine, and vaping products. She has solid experience guiding businesses through aggressive Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) audits in this highly regulated sector.
• The Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act.
• The Air Travellers Security Charge Act.
